Twilight Town
Twilight Town is a quiet city in endless sunset. Much like Traverese Town in the previous game, it is divided into several distinct districts, commonly known as Market Street, Sunset Terrace, and The Fabled Countryside. Twilight Town is the hometown of Roxas and has since been infested with Nobodies.
Hayner
A boy who lives in Twilight Town who has a bit of an attitude problem. Once he gets an idea, he has to LIVE it -- and Pence and Olette get dragged along for the ride.
There's bad blood between Hayner and Seifer -- the town's self-appointed "disciplinarian."
Personality:
Hayner is impulsive and determined, and is always looking for a new adventure. He is bold to the point of recklessness, once even charging Axel unarmed. He gets bored easily during uneventful times, as demonstrated when he constantly pesters his friends to do something during their summer vacation. Hayner is also easily angered/irked, as shown in the very first scene in Twilight Town when he tells Pence, Olette and Roxas about how everyone labelled them thieves for stealing photos. He thirsts for some kind of recognition, as he is even irked when Roxas defeats him in the semi-final round of the Struggle tournament, leaving Hayner in fourth place (Hayner is soon moved up to third place when Seifer withdraws from the match).

Twilight Town's Characters :
hayner is kinda cool !!! ^_^
Pence
A boy who lives in Twilight Town. He hangs out with Hayner (their "leader") and Olette (the responsible one).
As for Pence himself, he's relatively laid back. When there's a problem, he takes his time and approaches the problem realistically.
He likes spending time with his friends -- especially when there's Sea Salt ice cream
personality:
A good-humored boy with an even temper, he is close to Olette like a brother. He also usually ends up being dragged by Olette to help her with her shopping. He has a knowledgeable account of the Seven Wonders of Twilight Town and is apparently skilled with computers as he manages to access the computer in the mansion.
In the manga, Pence is always happy whenever he has food.
His shirt may be a nod to another Square Enix made game, The Bouncer. As Pence's shirt has the "DOG STREET" message as the several of The Bouncer's main characters.
Pence made the connection that the Nobodies in Twilight Town were trying to steal "the real Roxas" when contemplating the picture thief. Like the others in the Twilight Town gang, he felt like he already knew Sora right after meeting him.
Pence is one of the several characters in all the Kingdom Hearts series that was thought up for the game from scratch.

Olette
A girl who lives in Twilight Town. She spends most of her time with Hayner and Pence.
Olette makes sure to look after the two of them, and won't stand for unfinished homework.
She likes to go shopping on Market Street and watch the sunset while talking with her friends.
Personality:
Her tomboy attitude that mixes with her happy-go-lucky attitude makes her fit in with the three boys she usually hangs out with in Twilight Town: Hayner,Pence ,Roxas and . She also has a sense of responsibility, as shown on the fifth day in the Simulated Twilight Town when she persuades Hayner, Pence and Roxas to get started on their summer assignment, which they reluctantly do.
Olette's appearance consists of brown hair, green eyes, and soft peach skin. Her clothing is something of maybe a summery, Hawaiian kind of theme; an orange shirt with the design of a flower on the side, yellow shorts and yellow, black, brown, and white sneakers.

Roxas
For some time, Roxas lives a normal life in the digital Twilight Town, becoming best friends with three kids: Hayner, Pence, and Olette. It is this time in the digital Twilight Town that serves as the prologue to Kingdom Hearts II. But as Naminé completes the task of restoring Sora's memories, Roxas soon begins experiencing these memories through a number of dreams, similar in appearance to poor quality video tapes. In addition mysterious events start to occur around town. Strange white creatures, the Nobodies, begin invading the town, stealing photographs and attacking Roxas. These Nobodies had been sent along with Axel by the Organization, who had finally located their former member, in an attempt to capture him. However, in times of dire need, the Keyblade (a single kingdom key this time) inexplicably comes to aid Roxas, and disappears once the threat is gone.
Along with the Nobodies, Roxas comes into contact with Naminé several times, seeming to know things about Roxas that he himself doesn't. Also, as observed by DiZ, Naminé's contact with Roxas connected his heart with Kairi's, who Roxas remembered as a friend of Sora. He also meets a mysterious man in a Black Cloak, later revealed to be Riku, who at one point asks a cryptic question: "Can you feel Sora?" Roxas later meets another mysterious figure masked in red bandages, DiZ, who was responsible for his imprisonment. Though the intentions of these characters are not made clear, one being named Axel, claiming that he knows Roxas, arrives with a more direct goal. He wants to bring Roxas back with him to the Organization's stronghold, though he is not afraid to defeat the young boy to accomplish his goal. He battles Roxas in the midst of the Struggle tournament, but only DiZ's timely interruption spares Roxas from defeat.
In addition to these mysterious people, Roxas also begins to see strange anomalies. Time often freezes, and only he and select people seem to be unaffected. He also sees strange "glitches" around town that he could not explain. For some time, Roxas continues to be befuddled by all these events.
That all changes when summer vacation comes to a close, and the truth is revealed: Naminé informs Roxas that he is a Nobody, and that he is supposed to meet with Sora, the one from his dreams, in order to complete him. Along with that, Roxas discovers that he is living in a digital Twilight Town, and that his friends aren't real, just data. He encounters Axel once again, who had been ordered to eliminate Roxas if he refused to return. DiZ, however, manages to freeze Axel in his tracks, along with the rest of the world, thus saving Roxas. DiZ then tells him to go to the abandoned mansion. He does so, and there he encounters Naminé. She reveals to him information on Organization XIII and states that reuniting with Sora would not cause him to disappear, but make him whole. However, she is interrupted by DiZ, but before she is taken away, she promises him that they would meet again, even if they won't recognize each other. Desiring to see Sora, Roxas makes his way through the mansion and begins to recall his former life. In doing so he realizes that he had been captured and placed into the digital world by DiZ and the mysterious cloaked man. Roxas then destroys DiZ's computer in anger, even though it was just a digital copy.
Roxas then meets with Axel one last time, but despite the fact that Roxas has regained his memories, Axel states that it is too late. The two battle once more, but this time Roxas is able to call on all of his dormant abilities, including summoning his two weapons: Oathkeeper and Oblivion, and soundly defeats his old friend, though with great regret. Roxas hopes that they will meet again, though Axel chuckles and responds that only Roxas has a next life. Axel then retreats into the darkness, failing in his mission to capture or kill Roxas. Roxas then enters the pod room where Sora is kept, but not before seeing Donald Duck and Goofy slumbering in their own pods. DiZ is there to greet him, revealing his intentions and fueling Roxas' rage with cutting remarks about Roxas' purpose and nature.
Roxas, in his anger, tries to cut down DiZ, but sees that this DiZ is only a hologram. It vanishes, and the pod in the center of the room opens. All his anger drains away when he sees Sora slumbering in the pod. With a sad smile, he says to Sora "You're lucky. Looks like my summer vacation...is over". At this point, the prologue ends. It is unclear what exactly happens to Roxas at this point, but he is never seen interacting with Sora again until The World That Never Was, and it is assumed that he rejoins with Sora at this point.
Personality:
"You should share some of that hatred with Sora. He's far too nice for his own good." --DiZ, to Roxas
Roxas, unlike other Nobodies, seems to possess real emotions, stemming from the fact that he, like Naminé, is a special Nobody.
He is far more prone to anger than Sora, and expressed some dislike for being compared to him early on due to their relation, which DiZ notes with amusement in their encounter. On the other hand, Roxas tends to be ironically melancholy and stoic, especially as he comes to realize the truth about himself. Roxas is also not as impulsive. But, like Sora, they both have little patience for people who seem to be bending their will or trying to confuse them. One more thing he shares with Sora is how they treat their friends, often caring for them and enjoying hanging out with them.
It has been noted that Roxas has extreme versions of Sora's personality.

Seifer
Final Fantasy VIII
Self-appointed head of the "Twilight Disciplinary Committee."
Seifer does his best to keep the town up to his own rigorous standards, but not everyone appreciates his high-handed tactics -- take Hayner's gang, for example.
His followers Fujin and Raijin are never far away
Japanese Name | サイファー (Saifā) |

Fujin- ( they mostly call her Fuu )
Final Fantasy VIII
One of Seifer's followers. She never says a word more than she has to, leading to some very unusual "one-worders."
Fuu has Seifer's complete trust, and sees her mission in life as making herself useful to him.
Appearance and Personality:
Fuu dresses somewhat similar as she is in Final Fantasy VIII, however, slightly more "tropical" (sleeveless jacket and capri pants). Her left eye, while covered, is not patched as in her original appearance, but simply covered by her long fringes. She has a silent and stoic personality, as evident by her simple and efficient mode of speech. Out of the "Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee" members, she seems to be the most loyal to Seifer.
Japanese Name | フウ |

Raijin ( they mostly call him Rai )
One of Seifer's followers... y'know?
Rai tends to get carried away -- and truth be told, he feels like he can't hold a candle to Fuu.
Personality:
In contrast to Fuu, Rai apparently has a loud and brash personality, often ending his lines with "y' know?". He, along with Seifer and Fuu formed the "Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee". He takes a relatively similar role in Kingdom Hearts II, as he did in Final Fantasy VIII, serving as one of Seifer's followers. His role is very minor, and plays only one key part of the story, as mentioned below. Otherwise, he only acts as support for Seifer and Fuu.
Later, during Roxas's summer assignment, Rai played a comical role where he counted the stair steps incorrectly.
Appearance:
Rai's appearance, like most Final Fantasy characters in the Kingdom Hearts universe, was altered from his original in-game appearance. As with Seifer and Fuu, Rai now appears several years younger than he did in Final Fantasy VIII. He has tan skin and short black hair, somewhat shorter than his original appearance, albeit with longer sideburns. For his age he is tall and very muscular. His clothes now consist of an orange tank top and baggy dark sweatpants over wide shoes, giving him the look of a basketball player. Around his neck, he wears a thunderbolt necklace as an homage to his name's origin and his magical attributes in his original game. The number 8 on his pants may also reference the Final Fantasy game he appeared in.

Vivi
A boy who lives in Twilight Town. It's not so much that he follows Seifer. But he's so meek he does whatever he's told anyway, and usually gets stuck with the chores.
In spite of all that, Vivi likes Seifer and admires his strength.
Vivi is a Final Fantasy character that makes a debut in Kingdom Hearts II. He originates from Final Fantasy IX, although he is more weak-willed here. He is one of Seifer's gang's members, and the only member not from Final Fantasy VIII.
In the simulated Twilight Town, Vivi enters the Struggle competition at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II. His data soon became possessed by a Nobody and he gains incredible powers. He easily defeats Seifer with his fast movement speed and Roxas must battle him. After he is defeated, time will freeze and Vivi's data will reveal its true form to be a Dusk. After the Dusk is defeated, the real Vivi appears, wondering how he got here. Roxas later fights fourteen Vivis (created by Nobodies hacking the system) in a tunnel. After that Vivi will be seen with Seifer for the rest of the game.
The oddity of his Struggle battle (such as his enlarging his Struggle club) may be a homage to the Black Magic that he uses in Final Fantasy IX. Furthermore, the fact that he is used by the Nobodies (non-existent beings) is also a blatant reference to his original Final Fantasy incarnation, who was driven to find the meaning of his own existence.
Unlike the rest of Seifer's group, Vivi doesn't dislike Roxas and the others and is even quite friendly to them, always speaking in a polite tone and even offering Roxas his Struggle club when he was done training.
In battle he can use many techniques. He can use his club to hammer down on his opponent with lightning speed. He can magically float in the air. He can use "Haste" where he does three very fast rising magic attacks. Finally he can cast "Flare" where he enlarges his club and does many spinning hits with his club that ends with a powerful magic blast. In the real Twilight town Vivi is often seen in the woods. He is the one that informs Sora that Seifer is attacked by Nobodies.
